-This is the same commenter as 5/22. vpgames is sending a prepaid shipping label so I can mail back the thumbsticks. They will send replacements or give a refund. I wouldn't recommend this item, but if vpgames follows through it'll make them more reliable than most online merchants.

Terrible. Ordered 4 thumbsticks and all were worse than the ones they were meant to replace. Currently working to resolve problem with vpgames. Will update if resolved.
