This Swap Magic Flip Top Cover works in conjunction with the Swap Magic Discs. It allows you to change or 'swap' discs without having to open up your Playstation 2 console.

Features:

• Flip Top Cover opens your disc drive without resetting the system, allowing you to fool the PS2 into reading import and other discs.
• Use of the flip-top cover shouldn't void your warranty, but this method is not approved by Sony; The manufacturer and seller of SwapMagic 3 and the creator of these instructions cannot be held responsible for any damage caused to your system while attempting to use this product

For use on the following Playstation 2 models:

Instructions to use your SwapMagic 3 and flip top cover:

1. Turn over (upside down) the console and remove the 6 screw covers and screws.
   
2. Turn over again and remove the cover from the far, left hand corner.
   
3. Remove the cover from the top left corner, then bottom left corner, and then whole piece.
   
4. Unscrew the 2 tiny screws which are under the cover, above where the disc drive would be.
   
5. Lift off the cover (the cover can be taken off while it is half-way open).
   
6. Now you can install the flip top cover (the flip top cover can be installed while it is half-way open).
   
7. Turn the cover over (upside down) and screw back in those 2 tiny screws.
   
8. Attach the cover to the console carefully.
   
9. Turn over the console and replace the 6 screw covers & screws.
