Orders generally ship within 24 hours, and no more than 48 hours, after payment has cleared, excluding weekends and public holidays. If you select UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3 Day Select, your order will be shipped within 24 hours. If there are any problems with your order, you will be notified
within 3 business days or sooner.
Yes, we offer various expedited shipping methods to nearly everywhere in the world, including UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS 3 Day Select, FedEx International Priority, and more. When you are checking out, you will be presented with a number of express shipping options. Shipping costs are calculated in real-time based on current rates & fuel surcharges. We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express), PayPal Express Checkout, and Google Checkout. At this time we do not accept phone orders.
If you pay by credit card, your card will be charged immediately after you place the order. If you pay with PayPal, there may be a 2-3 day delay until the charge shows up on your statement. If you pay with Google Checkout, your card will be charged when your order has physically shipped.
There are a number of reasons why we may need to cancel an order. The main issues that cause an order to be canceled are: 1) If an item is out of stock, or 2) If there is a problem with your shipping address, including a shipping address that does not match the billing address on the credit card used to make the purchase.
Please check the email address you provided during checkout for cancellation notices and other important messages regarding your order. If you do not know why your order has been canceled, you can always contact us
Your tracking number and all important notifications from vpgames.com can only be sent to the email address that you provide during the checkout process. If you have not received a tracking number within 48 hours after your payment has cleared (excluding weekends and holidays), please make sure you are checking the correct email address, including your Spam/Bulk/Trash folders, and be sure to add "support@vpgames.com" to your Safe Senders list if you are not getting our notifications.

Before returning an item, be sure to post the problem you are having in our Support Forums, where you may find an answer and other users can help you.
If you are returning an item, you do not need an RMA. Simply contact us or visit our Returns page for all information regarding returns. All items must be returned within 30 days unless an Extended Warranty has been purchased
If you would like to purchase more than 10 of a particular item, we
are more than happy to get you huge bulk discounts for large quantities! Simply email us at wholesale@vpgames.com or send us the information through our new Bulk Request Form and we will handle the rest.
Because our items are shipped so quickly after receiving
payment, it is very difficult to change an address once it has been entered in our
system, though not impossible.
If you have not received a notice that your order has shipped
yet, and you are still concerned that your order will ship to the wrong address,
please send an email to support@vpgames.com
with your 9 digit order number so we can try to correct it in time.
If you are using PayPal or Google Checkout you will not be manually entering any shipping information, so be sure that your address is the same one that appears under the "Shipping Information" when checking out!

While we specialize in repair parts, at this time we do not offer any professional repair servies ourselves. In the future we do plan on offering this service, so stay tuned. In the meantime, however, please do not send us any consoles or units asking us to repair them; they will be sent back at your expense.
Not all of our products are brand new in sealed packaging - we sell products in a variety of conditions. The condition of each item can be found in the information box above the item's description, and our Item Conditions page explains what each condition means so you know what to expect before you purchase.
1. Eligibility and Entry:
In order to qualify for the drawing, customer must first opt-in for
subscription to our newsletter, either during the checkout process, or
directly from our website, www.vpgames.com, and must click the
"Enter Me in the vpgames Monthly Giveaway" link directly from
the promotional email. Giveaway is valid only in the United States.
Employees of vpgames are not eligible for this giveaway. By
opting in for subscription, you agree to these Official Rules. Opting
out during the promotional period will forfeit your entry in the
giveaway. Each person is allowed one entry per promotion.
2. Promotional Period:
Each drawing takes place on the last calendar day of each month, at
6:00 PM PST. The promotion starts once the promotional email has been
sent, usually 4-7 days before the drawing is set to take place.
3. Winners:
One winner will be randomly selected at the time of drawing, and will
be notified by email or phone. Winner is required to submit a photo of
themselves prior to shipment of prize. Images will be used only for
promotional purposes on vpgames.com. The winner?s name will be
posted on the website following successful contact. If winner cannot be
reached within 7 days, or does not agree to Terms and Conditions, vpgames reserves the right to select an alternate winner. Odds of
winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.
4. Prizes: Prizes
vary each month, ranging in value between $10.00 and $500.00, and may
be unique or repeated prizes. Specific prizes are not announced until
promotional email has been sent.
5. Claiming Prize: Winner
will be contacted by email or phone on the first day of each month.
Winner will be validated to verify eligibility and compliance with
these official rules. This means that each winner of the monthly
giveaway prize will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility,
Liability/Publicity Release (collectively, the ?Affidavit?), and other
required information, which must be returned to the Sponsor within
seven (7) days of notification. If a potential winner (i) cannot be
reached after a reasonable effort has been exerted; (ii) does not
respond in time (iii) is found to be ineligible; (iv) cannot or does
not comply with these official rules; or (v) prize notification is
returned as undeliverable, that potential winner will be disqualified
and an alternate potential winner may be selected at Sponsor's sole
discretion. Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal,
state, and local taxes associated with receipt of the prize.
6. General Conditions:
Each winner?s acceptance of a giveaway prize offered constitutes
permission (except where prohibited) for the Sponsor to use winner?s
name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice
and address, in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without notice or
further compensation. In addition, all entrants also agree to
release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor, vendors
associated with the Sweepstakes, and the respective directors,
officers, employees, representatives and agents of each, from and
against any claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages
or losses to any person, including death, or property of any kind
resulting in whole or in any part, directly or indirectly, from
acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize offered by, or
participation in the Sweepstakes
vpgames reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to prohibit
individuals from participating in Sweepstakes and disqualify entries if
they (i) attempt to enter the Sweepstakes through any means other than
as described in these rules, (ii) attempt to disrupt the Sweepstakes or
circumvent the terms and conditions of these rules in any way or (iii)
repeatedly show a disregard for the Sweepstakes rules or act (a) in an
non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or (b) with an intent to annoy,
abuse, threaten or harass any other entrant or Sponsor. Further, Any
use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed or like entry methods will
void all such entries by such methods and persons using any such
methods will be disqualified. Sponsor's decisions with respect to the
Sweepstakes are final. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of
the winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be
declared made by the authorized account subscriber of the e-mail
address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized account subscriber" is
defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by
an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other
organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the
domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
By
submitting your email, you hereby accept and agree to the official
rules and terms. vpgames reserves the rights to change or cancel
the promotion at any time. Sponsor may terminate any Sweepstakes or
decide to modify it in any manner that it deems fair and equitable to
participants if it becomes aware of any occurrence that would
materially affect the Sweepstakes' security and fairness.
7. Disputes:
As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree
that: (i) any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the
parties, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with
this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, or the determination of the
winner shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of
class action exclusively by the state or federal courts in Santa
Barbara County, California; and (ii) any and all claims, judgments and
awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred,
including costs associated with participating in this Sweepstakes but
in no event attorneys' fees; and (iii) under no circumstances will any
entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and hereby waives all rights
to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other
damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all
rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME
JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY
FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO
YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity,
interpretation and enforceability of these official rules, or the
rights and obligations of participant(s) and Sponsor and its agents
shall be governed by, and construed exclusively in accordance with, the
laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any
principles of conflicts of law of any jurisdiction.
8. Data Collection: Sponsor will be collecting personal data about participants online, in accordance with its privacy policy.

employees and/or other representatives be liable for any damages of any kind,
including without limitation, direct, indirect, compensatory, injuries,
special, consequential, incidental and/or punitive damages related to the
products sold.

provided "As Is." Vista Gaming Products, Inc. makes no representations or
warranties, either express or implied, of any kind with respect to the
