How do I place an order?

Once you have been accepted into the program, download the product data sheet from the Reseller Dashboard. Enter the quantity desired for each product in column A, then email your account manager with the file attached.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. We do not accept wire transfers, checks or money orders.

Do you do dropshipping?

Yes we can dropship. The cost for dropshipping is a flat $10 fee. There is no minimum purchase required, any shipment large or small can be dropshipped to your customer. Additionally, we can do blind dropshipping if requested, where there is no packing slip included.

Will I be emailed a tracking number?

Yes, as soon as your order has shipped you will be emailed an invoice and tracking number, along with any other important information.

How do I log in to the Reseller Dashboard?

Click here to login to the Reseller Dashboard. You will need to enter your password to access the dashboard and order from the product data sheet. If you have forgotten your password, email your account manager

How does shipping work?

The cost of shipping depends on what speed you choose. For shipments to the United States we can ship via UPS (Ground, 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air) or via freight for orders over 100 pounds.

I would just like to make a one-time purchase without setting up an account, etc. Can I do this?

Sure. If you don't wish to join our program or are just looking for a one-time bulk wholesale purchase of any item, check out our Bulk Request Form.
